Here are some of the roles that make our lodges run. No two days are the same, and every day includes a lot of wagging tails.
Animal Care Technician
Make sure every guest gets their share of fun and love. Responsibilities include feeding, monitoring pets, and keeping group play safe. A willingness to learn canine body language is a must.
Receptionist
Our outstanding experience starts at the front desk. Greet pets and families, handle check-ins and check-outs, answer phones, and make everyone feel at home.
Reservation Specialist
Answer client calls and help pet parents plan their pet's perfect stay. Excellent communication skills and a drive for results go a long way.
Groom Tech
Help every guest head home smelling sweet and looking beautiful. No prior experience is necessary, but a love for dogs is.
Groomer
Give our guests trims and haircuts in a grooming room outfitted with professional equipment, including hydraulic tables. Experienced groomers, we would love to talk.
Dog Trainer
Bring pets and their parents closer with clear communication, education, and positive-based training techniques.
